This agreement is between you, THE CLIENT and Impressions of Increase, LLC, The COACH/FACILITATOR.

Your Thinking Into Results® Program & Coaching Includes:

Thinking into Results Coaching Program Materials. Complete Thinking into Results Program materials, which includes Digital/Streaming of the video and audios files and a digital workbook.
Weekly Thinking into Results Coaching / Facilitation Sessions by Troy Chadwick.

Facilitation Delivery: Through video conferencing.

Term: One Year from the date activated.

Session length: 50-90 Minutes

Session frequency: Once a week where we will be going over one lesson per week.

Session style: Video Conferencing via Zoom in a group call with other clients who are going through the program as well.

Session Review: All sessions will be recorded so the CLIENT can review them for PERSONAL USE ONLY. The CLIENT agrees not to post, share or broadcast any of these recorded sessions. The recorded sessions will be available for review in a private Facebook group. The recordings may be available for up to six months.

Access to the monthly facilitation calls begins immediately upon the deposit payment, through the first thirty days. In order to access the monthly facilitation calls after that first thirty days, the CLIENT must be current with their agreed to monthly payments.

You will own the license to the program for the rest of your life after you have completed your payments as agreed.

The service provided to the CLIENT is as per the program outline above. All information provided by the CLIENT will be kept confidential. The CLIENT understands that coaching IS NOT ADVICE, PSYCHOTHERAPY OR COUNSELING, THAT THE COACH/FACILITATOR HAS NOT REPRESENTED HIMSELF AS A PSYCHOTHERAPIST OR COUNSELOR.

THE CLIENT ENTERS INTO THIS COACHING WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CREATING AND DELIVERING THEIR OWN RESULTS, THAT NO GUARANTEE FOR RESULTS HAVE BEEN PROMISED TO THE CLIENT BY THE COACH/FACILITATOR.

The CLIENT(s) agrees to the following:

To make all appointments and calls on time. If you know you will be late, call or email ahead of the lesson start and advise.

Be honest and participate fully. Recognize that the coaching sessions are a way to look at what you really want, and what it will take to make it happen.

Make a commitment to completing all of your assignments and to the action plans you create, and do what you have agreed to do.

Coaching and program fees are collected before beginning the coaching/facilitation program.

Due to the nature of the Program you cannot receive a refund for the Program or any component event regardless of whether you attend the events or not. All funds will be deemed earned upon receipt and activation and access to the program for the CLIENT. All funds will be deemed earned by CONSULTANT as soon as they are received by CONSULTANT.

Impressions of Increase, LLC is the Coach/Facilitator of this program for the CLIENT.

The CLIENT’s payment and digital acceptance of these terms to acknowledge these terms on this agreement indicates compliance with the above requests and understanding of the services provided.

By clicking to agree and submitting the payment, CLIENT is in full agreement with the terms and conditions of this agreement.
